Lindsay has worked at Hearts and Minds for 4 years. She has been in the childcare sector for over 20 years in various roles and working with all age groups. Lindsay achieved her NNEB qualification in 1996 and achieved her EY level 4 in 2009. She is currently working towards her EY level 5		 Office
Stacy Wright - Baby Room Leader Early Years Level 3 and currently studying to EY Level 5

Stacy achieved her EY Level 3 Early Year qualification in 2023. Stacy is a mother of two. She has previously worked as a practitioner in our baby room and has progressed to become the room leader. Stacy supports Jenny and Lindsay to help with the day to day running of the nursery.

Chloe has worked within the early years sector for just over 11 years, 10 of which, have been at Hearts and Minds. She is a part of the management group. She has experience in all of the environments across setting and has a wealth of experience		 Toddler Room
Natasha Price - Preschool Teacher Natasha is a qualified teacher and is a part of our management team. Specifically, Natasha is the nursery lead on the implementation of our nursery curriculum. She is also a talented musician, our nursery ‘impresario’ and a mother Preschool Teacher QTS
Kerri Halsall - Early Years Level 3 Practitioner Kerri was previously a nursery manager. Following the birth of her two young children, Kerri decided to remain in a childcare setting but to relinquish the management reins. She is a valued help and source of childcare knowledge to all of her colleagues and is an excellent cook Nursery Cook
Di Stringfellow - Early Years Level 3 Practitioner Di is a mother of two and is a hugely experienced colleague, with over 20 years of childcare expertise. Di is permanently positive and loved by all the children and her colleagues Bank Staff
Afshan Gilbertson - Early Years Level 2 practitioner working towards her EY level 3. Safeguarding Level 1 Afshan has worked in Childcare for 3 years. Afshan is in her final months of achieving her EY level 3 qualification. Afshan joined us at the start of January and has come in with real enthusiasm and passion for messy play Baby Room
Megan Hilton - Early Years Level 2 practitioner working towards her EY level 3 qualification Amazing Unique Babies and Toddler trained. Megan has been working in childcare for 3 years. She has been with us for 2 years. She is currently working towards her EY level 3. Megan enjoys singing and story time with our babies Baby Room
Charlotte Amriding - Early Years Level 3 practitioner Safeguarding level 1 - Amazing Unique Babies and Toddler trained. Charlotte has been working in childcare just under 2 years. Charlotte has bubbly and welcoming personality and is always on the move with our babies Baby Room

Charlotte Moulton - Early Years Level 3 practitioner

Sasha Crook - Early Years Level 3 practitioner Sasha is a mother of one and has formally occupied the role of a deputy manager within a local nursery. She has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise around childcare. Health and Safety co-ordinator Garden Coordinator
